DATA / MINIMAL

Only the data needed to play.

A concise overview of data processing during the Palworld Hardcore open alpha.

What we collect

When you sign in with Discord, we receive your account ID, display name and username. We cannot access your password, server list or direct messages. If you link Steam, we store your public Steam ID.

We also store your access status, CoL balance, active entitlements, seasonal results and related game events. If a payout wallet is required for a prize, we will request it separately.

Sessions and security

Session tokens and browser identifiers are stored only as cryptographic hashes. They are used to protect your account, support sign-out and revoke sessions. Discord and Steam passwords remain on the official sign-in pages of those services and are never available to us.

How we use the data

To provide your player account, link it to your server profile, maintain rankings, verify achievements, grant rewards, protect the service and investigate rule violations. We do not sell personal data or use it for automatic charges.

Retention and requests

Account data is kept while you participate in the project. Records of results, sanctions and payouts may be retained as long as needed for competition integrity, security and legal obligations. You can request correction or deletion through the project's official Discord after proving ownership of the account.
